With over 21 years' experience in the building industry. Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. Stephen qualified as a bricklayer in 2004 and has honed his skills across many areas of construction, including commercial and residential builds, development projects, renovations, even ground works.

Driven by quality and high standards and a genuine love of building he is an essential part of the team. Focused on quality work, effectiveness of the team and consistency.

Connor Bordacs Tooth: Apprentice Bricklayer

Connor is on his way to becoming an exceptional bricklayer. He has completed his third year of study, taking full advantage of onsite training with some of the best bricklayers in the business. Learning and improving at every opportunity.

When asked why he chose this career path "It's being outdoors and active all day. Working with a great team. There aren't many jobs where your work lasts a lifetime. It's a good feeling to know your effecting people's lives in such a positive way. Good bricklayers have a job for life and with REDFERN Building I have the opportunity to keep on progressing within the company. It's all down to working hard and I enjoy that"
